No — all three of our sunbeds are walk-in only. Simply come in during opening hours and we'll get you set up straight away. No appointment, no fuss.

Monday 12–5pm · Tuesday to Friday 12–7pm · Saturday 11am–4pm. We're closed on Sundays and bank holidays.
What types of sunbeds do you have?
We have 1 luxury lie-down sunbed and 2 high-performance stand-up sunbeds. The stand-ups give an even, all-over tan. The lie-down is perfect for a relaxed, comfortable session.
What is infrared sauna therapy?
Unlike a traditional sauna that mainly heats the surrounding air, an infrared sauna uses radiant heat. Many visitors choose it as a calmer-feeling way to warm up and unwind at a lower air temperature.
What is contrast therapy (hot/cold)?
A contrast session pairs our infrared sauna with a brief cold plunge. Take both stages gradually, follow staff guidance, and seek medical advice before use if you have a health condition or are unsure whether heat or cold exposure is suitable for you.
